Welcome to Tallow Glow. These Terms and Conditions outline your rights and responsibilities when using our website or purchasing from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Product Information
All of our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. As a result, you may notice slight variations in scent, texture, and appearance — this is completely normal and part of what makes each item unique.
Certain products, such as our Heal Balm, contain colloidal silver, which may naturally separate and form small water deposits. This happens because tallow (fat) and colloidal silver (water-based) do not emulsify. This does not affect the safety or performance of the product. Do not attempt to mix it — simply use as directed.
We are also in the process of updating our labels, so the packaging you receive may differ slightly from the product images online.
3. Orders & Payment
We accept all major payment methods made available at checkout, including debit/credit cards and other secure payment gateways.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive an email once your order has been accepted.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We are currently finalising our preferred shipping partner to best serve customers through our Shopify store.
Delivery options, estimated timeframes, and any tracking information will be provided at checkout. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country.
5. Returns & Refunds
We comply fully with UK consumer law.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for opened or used products, unless the item is proven to be faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at tallow.glow@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
6. Allergy Advice & Patch Testing
All ingredients are clearly listed on each product page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these before purchase. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, we strongly recommend doing a patch test at least 24 hours before full use.
Tallow Glow accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Our products are for external use only. While many customers find them beneficial, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product images, logos, branding, and written content — is the property of Tallow Glow. It may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability
Tallow Glow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the UK courts.
